Stunning vintage Hermes scarf Cadre Noir by Colonel G. Margot was first issued in 1963.  Cadre Noir is comprised of the teachers of the prestigious French National Riding School, the École Nationale d'Équitation, which was started in 1828 and is still in existence today. Cadre Noir got its name from the black uniforms, which are still being used today.  Considered to be one of the most prestigious horsemanship schools in the world, you can visit their website for additional information and the current schedule of performances.
