Do you guarantee the authenticity of your scarves?

Absolutely - We guarantee the authenticity of all our scarves 100%. Customer Satisfaction is our primary goal. Should we have misrepresented an item as to its authentic nature, we will gladly refund the full purchase price with documentation upon receipt of the item in its original condition as when purchased.

What condition will my scarf be in?

Most of our scarves will be in excellent condition or better. All our scarves are carefully inspected prior to being offered for sale. We try to describe the condition of our scarves as accurately as possible. The majority of our scarves are vintage, which means at least 20 years old, so please do not expect a brand new scarf. Your scarf will have been professionally cleaned if warranted before offered for sale. When you receive your scarf, you will be able to wear it immediately or give as a gift.

Will I have to pay customs/import tax?

We have no influence over customs and depending on your country, there may be custom's delay and tax/costs associated with your purchase, which you will be responsible for.

Is an HERMÈS© Scarf Box included?

Unless specified in the listing, your scarf will not come with an HERMÈS© box, but will be gift wrapped FREE of charge.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the unique nature of our items, we unfortunately cannot offer returns.

We will, however, make exceptions on an individual basis before a purchase is made and in that case will offer exchange or store credit.

We do guarantee the authenticity of all our items 100%.

Sales items, items with concessions or reduced items are final sales.
