Hermes Le Bois de Boulogne Hugo Grygkar - First Issue Pink CW
If you love Paris, you will love the Le Bois de Boulogne named after its 2nd largest park on the west side, in the 16th arrondissement. Both Longchamp and Auteuil horse race tracks can be found here along with tennis facilities, where the French Open takes place every year.
Les Bois de Boulogne, I must admit, is and always will be a favorite of mine. Step back in time and take a stroll with Monsieur Grygkar. Stop, enjoy the view and the lake with the swans...
This gorgeous peachy pink scarf is most likely from the first 1957 issue as it lacks both a copyright and a care tag and sports a black background behind the swans, which the later 1980s re-issue lacks. Hugo Grygkar, who helped shape the Hermes carre as we know and love it, never signed his work.
